Chartwell Agency, an award-winning integrated marketing firm with health care expertise, was recently hired by Dr. Pedro Rodriguez, a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.  

Chartwell will enhance the awareness and specialization of Dr. Rodriguez, his practice, and expertise. The agency also will provide an ongoing, balanced personal brand effort that maximizes visibility for his practice and capabilities through a strong content communications plan integrating social media, patient stories, blogs/articles, video blogs/stories, and outreach opportunities.

Dr. Rodriguez earned his medical degree from Michigan State University and completed his general surgery residency and plastic surgery fellowship at Summa Health Systems in Akron, Ohio, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, respectively.

He serves as assistant dean for diversity and inclusion and as an associate professor of surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and has been honored with several teaching and leadership awards in addition to being published for his medical research. Dr. Rodriguez is passionate about merging the intellectual and artistic sides of plastic surgery and helping restore his patients’ emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
