Chartwell Agency, an award-winning marketing firm based in Rockford with additional presences in Madison and the Quad Cities, recently oversaw marketing and public relations efforts for Beloit Health System’s 50th Anniversary event to celebrate and commemorate with area residents and employees.
Beloit Health System, headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin, serves residents of Wisconsin and Illinois with the highest quality, patient-centered primary and specialty health care. The health system features 15 locations, including the primary hospital, clinics, the Hendricks Family Heart Hospital, Beloit/UW Cancer Center, NorthPointe Health & Wellness Center, NorthPointe Surgery Center and other specialty locations.
Chartwell developed a birthday party-themed anniversary celebration which included a “welcome home” invitation to individuals born at the hospital within the past 50 years. The event was free and open to the public with activities, food, live music, and opportunities to learn more about Beloit Health System and its many specialties for all ages.
Chartwell provided the themed graphics, including the save the date and invitations, posters and additional collateral, as well as website and digital assets to ensure consistency across all communication platforms. Chartwell also oversaw public relations efforts, including community partner outreach and media relations stories and visibility.
For the one-day event, more than 4,000 individuals attended and 200 volunteers supported the occasion; the initiative resulted in more than 200,000 media impressions.
