BioForward Wisconsin is the collective voice of Wisconsin’s robust and comprehensive biohealth cluster, representing more than 220 member organizations across an integrated network of health solution leaders, including research institutions, biotech and biopharma, digital health, and medical device and diagnostics.
It is an action-oriented association that focuses collaborations to develop supply chain partnerships; educational and networking events to enhance professional development; and legislative advocacy to highlight the economic and social impact of the biohealth industry on the state, nation, and world.
BioForward has a central role in helping position the state’s biohealth industry for growth and for long-term success. BioForward is also critical in strengthening the talent pipeline for the biohealth industry and recruiting professionals to the State of Wisconsin.
To help recruit talent to the state and better tell its story, BioForward Wisconsin and Chartwell Agency partnered to create engaging and informative videos to illustrate the opportunities when businesses and professionals enter or relocate into the Wisconsin biohealth field.
To better show the impact biohealth has in Wisconsin, and vice versa, Chartwell Agency and BioForward worked together to develop three impactful videos using interviews from three member companies who talk about their experience living, working, and playing in the state.
Chartwell Agency worked with BioForward to identify which member organizations could tell their stories in unique and diverse ways. The videos highlight dynamic companies and individuals who choose to build their biohealth careers in Wisconsin. Through interviews and bright B-roll, the videos highlight the possibilities in Wisconsin and the educational opportunities, university support, and health centers in the state. Additionally, the videos included the cost of living and high quality of life in Wisconsin.
Chartwell Agency developed scripting and messaging, and then conducted the interviews, shot visuals of the unique offices and gained firsthand insight to better tell their story. Our creative services team then edited the videos which included consistent intro and outro elements for a refined, cohesive look.
The videos will assist in marketing to key audiences – both individuals and businesses and and also will run in a targeted LinkedIn campaign that will reach biohealth professionals in key cities throughout the country. As LinkedIn users interact with the ads, they will be directed to the jobs page on the BioForward website to gain further insight.
